SIM365 support is available in many modern devices, including:
- iPhones: iPhone XS, XS Max, XR, and later models.
- Android Phones: Google Pixel 3 and later, Samsung Galaxy S20 and later, and some Huawei, Motorola, and other models.
- Wearables: Apple Watch Series 3 and later (Cellular models), Samsung Galaxy Watch.
- iPhone: Go to Settings > Cellular > Add Cellular Plan, then scan the QR code or enter the activation code.
- Android: Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Mobile Network > Add carrier, then scan the QR code or enter the activation code.
- Wearables: Use the companion app on your smartphone to add a mobile plan.
If your SIM365 is not working, try the following steps:
- Ensure your device is compatible with SIM365.
- Update your device to the latest software version.
- Restart your device.
- Contact US for further assistance.
At SIM365 we are aware that our users may have unforeseen events after making the purchase. Therefore, you can request a refund in the following circumstances:
- You bought the SIM365 without checking the compatibility with your cellphone.
- You canceled your trip or you no longer need the SIM365.
- Our SIM365s generally work fine, but if you experience connection issues, we can provide you with a full or partial refund.
Once the refund is approved, you will receive the money on to the same account with which you made the payment. This process can take between 5 to 10 business days.
