How to install your eSIM

Step 1: Open your SIM365 QR code

It is in the app (My eSIM › Show QR code), in your email and on your order page.

Step 2: Add the eSIM

SettingsCellularAdd eSIM

Choose “Use QR Code”.

Step 3: Scan the QR code

Fit it in the frame. Enter the confirmation code only if asked.

Step 4: Name it “SIM365”

Keep your usual line for calls and texts — SIM365 is for data.

Step 1: On your computer, open My profile on sim365.app

Sign in with the account you bought with.

Step 2: Open My eSIMs and check your eSIM

The right country and plan, marked “Not installed yet”.

Step 3: Click “Show QR code”

Keep it on the screen, with the brightness up.

Step 4: On your phone, add the eSIM

SettingsCellularAdd eSIM

Choose “Use QR Code”.

Step 5: Scan the QR code on your screen

Hold the phone 20–30 cm away so the code fills the frame.

Step 6: Name it “SIM365”

Step 1: Open My eSIM in the app

Signed in with the account you bought with.

Step 2: Tap “Show QR code”

Step 3: Tap “Install eSIM”

Your iPhone opens the setup by itself. No button? Use the QR code tab instead.

Step 4: Name it “SIM365”

Step 1: Copy the SM-DP+ address and activation code

In the app open My eSIM › Show QR code › Install Manual, then “Copy activation code”.

Step 2: Add the eSIM

SettingsCellularAdd eSIM

Choose “Enter Details Manually”.

Step 3: Paste the details

SM-DP+ address and activation code, then follow the prompts.

Step 4: Name it “SIM365”
